SCA Proudly Announces New Chief of Staff: Eliza Kashinsky
The Secular Coalition for America is pleased to announce that Eliza Kashinsky has been hired as the organization’s first chief of staff. In her new position, Eliza will provide day-to-day management of SCA’s staff and office operations in Washington, D.C. She will officially join the organization in early May.
Eliza has spent the last six years at Freedom House, an international nonprofit that promotes free institutions worldwide, where she rose through the ranks to most recently serve as senior operations manager.
“We’re thrilled that Eliza will be joining our team in Washington next month,” said Sean Faircloth, executive director of the Secular Coalition for America. “With her superb organizational background and experience supervising and streamlining busy office environments, I believe she has the perfect skill set to help guide the Secular Coalition for America into the future as we continue to speak up on behalf of secular Americans and the principles of church-state separation.
“It also doesn’t hurt that she’s a self-described fourth-generation agnostic,” Faircloth added.
With the addition of the chief of staff, the Secular Coalition for America will have six staff positions based in its Washington, D.C. office.
