Vote Now in Our Issues Poll
The Secular Coalition for America engaged in a policy briefing with White House officials on February 26, 2010, the first such event ever held between a presidential administration and the secular movement. We were prepared with a strong slate of issues important to our community, and we will go on advocating strongly on their behalf—on your behalf—even as we continue to tackle more issues that matter to America’s nontheists.
We want to know: What if you had been in the room? What issues important to the secular movement would you want to raise?
Picture it: You’re sitting down, face-to-face, with administration officials, and you’re representing the nontheist community. You have limited time with these busiest-of-all busy people. Your task is to help real people by presenting the secular perspective on matters of national policy.
So what do you want to talk about?
Vote for one of the choices below, or, perhaps you are personally aware of another unjust privileging of religion in American law. If so, cast a write-in vote in the field marked “other”. Then make sure you tell your friends around the Web about this poll with with the “Share” button at the top of this page. We’re looking forward to finding out what you think.
