Endorsing organizations

Mission Statement

The mission of the Secular Coalition for America is to increase the visibility of and respect for nontheistic viewpoints in the United States, and to protect and strengthen the secular character of our government as the best guarantee of freedom for all.

Endorsing organizations are autonomous groups of diverse structure with no legal connection to the Coalition. Endorsement of our mission, while an acknowledgement of common purpose, does not necessarily signify agreement with, or participation in, specific statements or activities of the Coalition. The Coalition's member organizations are committed to fostering a culture of cooperation which is respectful of each organization's unique role within the freethought community. E-mail our president for more information about endorsements.
